Included in each registration is a $25 non-refundable administration fee.  All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Registrar via registrar@binbrookbaseball.ca.  Any refund requests will be decided on a case by case basis by the executive board at the following board meeting,  If the season is cancelled due to forces beyond the BMBA's control, refunds will be issued (less $25) after final accounting has been completed.

It has come to the attention of the association that certain members of the community have been spreading false information about Binbrook Baseball.  We can assure you that these rumors are not based on any fact, which was verified by the City of Hamilton, and there is no threat to the coming season.  The board of the association will continue to operate in accordance with the bylaws and in conjunction with our governing bodies.  We look forward to having your young athletes join us for another season of Bison's Baseball and can't wait to show them what we have scheduled for the summer.  Our goal, as always, is to provide a healthy and safe environment for our athletes.  Unfortunately, some of our members have lost sight of that goal.
